The Ticket Machine was one of the objects we saw and chatted about whilst at Museum of Wigan Life recently, and it’s a great example of every-day items potentially being a barrier for disabled people, but also items being created like this to make modern life processes faster than in years gone by.

We visited local businesses old and new to ask if they would support the initiative by displaying a sticker in their window, many agreed proving Community spirit is alive and well in Preston!
