Check out our recent photos from our August’s Monthly Monday Walk and TryTheTrain Trip #1. We went from Preston to Wigan, and back together. The Ticket Machine was one of the objects we saw and chatted about whilst at Museum of Wigan Life recently, and it’s a great example of every-day items potentially being a barrier for disabled people, but also items being created like this to make modern life processes faster than in years gone by.
Here’s a selection of photos of the Safety First team with the help of our volunteers promoting the “Safe Places” initiative around Preston City centre.
