This year proved to be another momentous one for Disability Equality as the world adjusted to the phased return of the new ’normal’ and the pandemic restrictions started to be lifted. We were able to respond accordingly and so began the year of ‘hybrid’ working. We continued to provide on-line and telephone services as we slowly ‘opened up’ our services. Our staff started to return to the office as well as routinely working from home part of the week.
