Important notices

We're going paperless

You may be wondering why you haven’t had much paper correspondence from us at DENW these past few months. We are moving to become a paperless company. This not only lessens our impact on the environment, but as we are a charity at heart, no paper: reduces costs and increases efficiency. Please, if you haven’t already done so, support our efforts; and get in touch with your email address so you can stay updated on your account. Don’t forget you can contact us for a balance at any time.

We will only be sending bank statements etc by post if requested.

Is your information up to date?

Please ensure you make contact with us as soon as possible if anything has changed in regards to the Direct Payment or Personal information. This will enable us to keep our records up to date and provide the high standard of service which we thrive to achieve.

Please note payments are not made by standing order, wages will only be paid during working hours 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Please email us at supportedbanking@disability-equality.org.uk to let us know of any changes. Alternative contact methods can be found on our website.
