Disability Equality NW are pleased to announce the delivery by Trisha Rollo from Friends of Miller and Avenham Parks of three fruit trees. The trees are part of the Coronation Community Orchard Grant Scheme which is a small grants programme for community groups within Lancashire. It is intended to provide a lasting legacy to mark the King’s coronation. Trees from left to right are: pear, plum and apple.
Many thanks to Trisha and the Community Orchard Grant Scheme and we look forward to tasting home grown fruit.
