Skills for Care (SfC) in partnership with IPSOS and the University of Kent, has launched a survey on behalf of the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC). It is an important, large-scale survey which will measure the workforce’s experience at work, including quality of work and wellbeing. The data collected through the survey will be used to inform decisions around policy and support for staff across adult social care, including personal assistants. In order to meet the survey’s objectives, it requires strong engagement from both individual employers and personal assistants (PAs).
